The Surgery is staffed between 8.00am and 6.00pm (and open from 8.30am) Monday to Friday.
The Surgery is closed between 1.00pm and 1.30pm every Friday afternoon.
Arranging an appointment:
The surgery operates a same day appointment policy whereby patients can expect an appointment the same day that they phone the surgery, providing appointment slots are still available. Therefore, patients requiring a same day appointment are advise to phone the surgery as early as possible as appointments are booked up very quickly.

There are a limited number of pre-bookable appointments available. These appointments can be booked up to a week in advance.

Appointments to see the Practice Nurse can be booked 2 weeks in advance.

Appointments to see the Health Care Assistant can be made up to 4 weeks in advance.
The surgery operates an Emergency Surgery for patients who need to see a doctor on the day but were unable to get a same day appointment. This surgery is for emergencies only.
We are confident the system will improve our availability to you. If you need to make special arrangements to get here we can fit in with this.
The Surgery has a new improved telephone system with shorter messages which will enable you to move through the system more quickly.
The Practice has a lift for patients use to allow access to the first
floor services.
