The Surgery will be open from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

The Surgery's appointment system provides sufficient appointment times with additional appointment time to attend the end of surgery session.

The surgery is closed between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm on a Friday

There are open access sessions available at the Baby Clinic on Friday afternoons

A recent survey concluded that same day appointments were favourable over advance bookings. We have a number of advanced booking slots pre bookable a week in advance

Out of Hours

When the surgery is closed there is always a doctor "on call". We are now part of the Devondoc Co-operative where out of hours cover is shared with other doctors in the Bay. For patients with ongoing symptoms, patient information is available to the Devondocs and they will report back to the surgery any updates associated with the patient.

If you need urgent advice or a visit which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, telephone the emergency line on (01803) 546450. You will receive the emergency contact number.

Alternatively you could contact NHS Direct on 0845 46 47.

If you are medically fit and it is felt that you need to be seen by a Doctor you will be asked to attend the local treatment centre.

If this is not possible, a doctor will come to visit you at home.
