I’m originally from Bedford and I still support the Bedford Blues rugby team. I finished my A-levels at the local sixth form college and got the grades to train to be a doctor at the Royal Free & University College Medical School in London. I graduated in 1999 and spent the first few years of my career training to be a surgeon in the east end of London. I got a lot of experience in that time especially in bowel, prostate, blood vessel, bone and skin surgery and I hope I bring some useful additional expertise to the practice.
I completed my training as a GP in Cambridge but always had an eye on a move to Devon. I was delighted to start here at Pembroke House in the summer of 2009.
Out of work I enjoy spending time out and about in Devon with my wife. My other interests include cycling and golf but I’m unable to resist the pull of the bay and I’m sure you’ll find me out on the water when the weather is kind.
I look forward to meeting you, and no, I don’t sell toffee!
